data security

We use the most common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. As a rule, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser. We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

We also use Google Conversion Tracking to record the use of our website statistically and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our website for you. Google Adwords places a cookie (see number 4) on your computer if you have reached our website via a Google advertisement. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the AdWords customer's website and the cookie has not expired yet, Google and the customer will be able to tell that the user clicked on the ad and was directed to that page.Data protection authorities require Google Analytics to enter into a contract data processing agreement for the permitted use of Google Analytics. A corresponding template is offered by Google at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.pdf . Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be traced via the websites of Adwords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Adwords customers see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were directed to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, you will not receive any information that personally identifies users. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking procedure, you can also refuse to set a cookie as required for this purpose - for example by setting your browser to deactivate the automatic setting of cookies in general. You can also disable cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com". Google's Privacy Policy for Conversion Tracking can be found here ( https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en ).

We also use Google Remarketing Tracking to record the use of our website statistically and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our website for you. This function serves the purpose of analyzing visitor behavior and interests. Google uses cookies to perform the analysis of website usage, which forms the basis for the creation of interest-related advertisements. Google Adwords places a cookie (see number 4) on your computer if you have reached our website via a Google advertisement. If you visit another website on the Google Display Network below, you will see advertisements that are highly likely to include previously accessed product and information areas. The cookies used lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the AdWords customer's website and the cookie has not expired, Google and the customer will be able to tell that the user clicked on the ad and was directed to that page.Data protection authorities require Google Analytics to enter into a contract data processing agreement for permitted use. A corresponding template is offered by Google at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.pdf . Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be traced via the websites of Adwords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for remarketing tracking. Adwords customers see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a remarketing tag. Social Media Presence

Facebook

We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms, offered by Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, to communicate with customers, prospects and users active there and to inform them about our services.
We would like to point out that user data may be processed outside the European Union. (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/) This may result in risks for users, e.g. because it may make it more difficult to enforce the rights of users. With regard to US providers who are certified under the Privacy Shield, we would like to point out that by doing so they commit themselves to comply with the data protection standards of the EU (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000GnywAAC&status=Active.).
In addition, user data is usually processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, user profiles can be created on the basis of user behavior and the resulting interests of users. The usage profiles can in turn be used, for example, to place advertisements inside and outside the platforms that presumably correspond to the interests of the users. For these purposes, cookies are usually stored on the user's computer in which the user's usage behaviour and interests are stored. Furthermore, data can also be stored in the user profiles independently of the devices used by the users (in particular if the users are members of the respective platforms and are logged in to them).
The processing of the personal data of the users takes place on the basis of our legitimate interests in effective information of the users and communication with the users in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f. DS-GVO.
For a detailed description of the respective processing and opt-out options, please refer to the following linked information from Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads
Also in the case of requests for information and the assertion of user rights, we point out that these can be asserted most effectively with the provider. Only the provider has access to the user's data and can directly take appropriate measures and provide information. Should you nevertheless need help, you can contact us.

?Social Media Plug-ins

?We use social plug-ins of the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Google+ on our website on the basis of Art. 6, Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO in order to make our website better known. The underlying advertising purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the DSGVO. The responsibility for the data protection-compliant operation is to be guaranteed by their respective providers. The integration of these plug-ins by us takes place by means of the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website in the best possible way.

Facebook

On our website, social media plugins from Facebook are used to make their use more personal. For this we use the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button. This is an offer from Facebook. If you call up a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser and integrated into the website by it. By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign your visit to our website directly to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by pressing the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends. Facebook may use this information for the purpose of advertising, market research and tailoring Facebook Pages to meet your needs. To this end, Facebook creates usage, interest and relationship profiles, e.g. to evaluate your use of our website with regard to the advertisements displayed to you on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services associated with the use of Facebook. If you do not want Facebook to associate the information collected through our website with your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the data protection information ( https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ ) of Facebook. We use the "visitor action pixel" of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook") within our Internet presence. It allows us to track the actions of users after they have seen or clicked on a Facebook ad. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous for us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users. These data are however stored and processed by Facebook, about which we inform you according to our state of knowledge. Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and may also use it for its own promotional purposes in accordance with Facebook's Data Usage Policy ( https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). It also explains which settings Facebook offers to protect the privacy of the person concerned. In addition, various applications are available that make it possible to suppress data transmission to Facebook. Such applications may be used by the data subject to prevent information from being transmitted to Facebook. You may enable Facebook and its affiliates to serve advertisements on and off Facebook. A cookie can also be stored on your computer for these purposes.

For more information, see WhattsApp's privacy statement ( https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/#privacy-policy).

You can also contact us via WhattsApp Business. Data can also be stored in user profiles or transferred to WhattsApp independently of the devices used by users.
